Que Pasa Mexican Restaurant

I feel that this place is adequately rated at a 4. The chips and salsa are great. They have the right amount of spice and thick chips. The queso was excellent as well. The quesadilla was average. The side of rice and beans were above average and the portion size was decent. The aesthetics of the restaurant were slightly above average for a Mexican restaurant. I was a big fan of the Santa Fe style tile roof décor around the dining room and there is a nice patio with umbrellas and lighting. The service was okay. This is a good pick for Mexican if you are in the area.

If you don't want to work just go home! We had the lazy old lady who clearly didn't want to work! We ordered drinks and it over 5 mins for sweet tea and lemonade. We ordered cheese dip for my son and she didn't even bring it out until the food came out when we ordered it with our drinks at the beginning to dip our chips in. The lady NEVER checked on us the entire meal so I had to ask a gentleman to refill our drinks and get a spoon for my son. The food was fine but that lady ruined our dinner and just needs to quit if she doesn't want to work, I would have fired her if I was the boss. Sorry but it needed to be said. Good thing we don't live here but wanted to try this place out, if I were living here I would definitely try other places.

The food was good but the wait staff is not too good. I don't know if they're short staffed but we had to ask the hostess if someone could give us some drinks at least and then the waitress finally came. She was checking her other tables often though so I think she didn't even know we were her table, which makes me worry what would happen if we didn't speak up. There shouldn't be any confusion about who is responsible for what table.

Me and friend waited 5-10 min to be seated. Once seated we waited 10 minutes for server and had to get someone’s attention. In fairness it was a little crowded and it seemed there was limited staff. Food was good. Mexican beer was also very good after just getting home from airport from Mexico! (Maybe my score would have been higher but the waiting annoyed me. Just saying.

Visited on Cinco De Mayo. It was super busy but we did not have to wait long and service was fast. Very clean and larger on the inside. I don't think we got a refill or second round offered and I didn't care for the EXTREMELY loud live music but I am not surprised due to the holiday. Food and pricing were acceptable, margarita was nice.

I door dash alot and this place was the slowest I've ever seen. Took 30 minutes for them to make 1 burrito and 1 shrimp cocktail! And there weren't even any customers in there. No excuse for them to take that long for just 2 things. I got a bad review on door dash for their incompetence so their getting a bad review too.. The employees were very rude didn't even apologize. Very horrible experience Que Pasa you guys better shape up! 👎
