Pizza Hut

Just got back from Thorpe park, and was craving Pizza. Stopped by this Pizza Hut, and one of the loveliest waitress ever seated us. Yas (the lovely waitress) deserves the 5 star review more than anything. Though the food was great of course. Would come back just to have her as our server. Thanks Yas!!

Had a late night craving for Pizza Hut. Ventured in at 2145hrs and told it is closing for orders in 30minutes. Tried to order a half and half pizza via the Scan, Order and Pay QR Code. Easy to use when ordering one a few items. However experienced difficulty trying to order a ‘half and half’ pizza. The manager came over and assisted and was friendly when helping. Pizza came out in good time and food tasted as expected. Can’t rate the atmosphere as it is late at night and only two other tables in use.

Ok so food was ok, your usual standard pizza and sides. Though pizza hut has changed dramatically over the years and not for the best unfortunately. However, the service was top notch. They close at 10pm and we placed an order closer to their closing time and I had to go collect our order. Due to their being 2 branches in the same area I went to the wrong one which took a lot of my time but I called the right branch and informed them of the situation and instead of closing up and not helping at all, they went pit of their way and kept the doors open for me to get there and pick up my order. I was really impressed and so thankful to the staff that evening. Thank you!
