Not the best KFC branch in Melbourne and unfortunately it's the closest KFC I can get to from my house. Waiting time is always too long, food quality is always below average and not fresh (as fresh as fast food can be, anyway!) and it's evident workers don't want to be there (how can we blame them). If I didn't enjoy Zingers I wouldn't come back here, but hey... take my money.

We ordered take away from kfc and had the streetwise bucket<br/><br/>Really enjoyed out meal, the chicken was crunchy and the sides were nice<br/><br/>The staff here is friendly and attentive

I went through the drive way and ordered wicked wings, when I got to pick it up from the next window they said they were out of the wings! Highly unprofessional and the bread roll tasted like it was dipped in whiskey. Would never visit this branch again.

Growing up, I have great memories of KFC.. Crunchy chicken, beautifully seasoned, crunchy chips and good customer service. I have no idea what has happened to KFC the last few years.<br/>The chicken has become greasy with no crunch.. So often the chips are rock hard with no chicken salt on them.<br/>I mean its a sad day when you can get better chips at Hungry Jacks. Its basic common sense, season the food, give the customer some napkins and wet towels and get their order right.<br/>KFC needs to go back to the basics of teaching their young employees on how to cook cruncy chicken and chips. How to provide basic customer service. Otherwise can't see them doing very well.

Worst customer service. Staffs are rude. No Tuesday offers. At times, they serve old chicken. Drive through is a nightmare here. The staffs are rude and don't respond in a courteous manner. Must learn customer service to server the customers better. Nothing good except the halal option.

I have to say my last review would of been a zero but had to give a one, after swearing never again I gave it a go after 2.5 years, must of changed owners because last time I went couldn't get bacon on chicken and bacon burger due to religious issues, I was like this is KFC yeah?? The brand that has set menu??? Unfortunately that wasn't worst part food was disgraceful!! <br/>It appears bacon is back on menu and food was ok, didn't get sick and food was hot so I will continue to go there until something bad happens but last few reviews have me worried I maybe lucked out. We will see......

Staff members are all wannabe thugs. Rude and pathetic. Filthiest restaurant in Australia. It is behind my understanding that KFC hasn't shut down this place. Current Affairs can make a good episode on this store where staff members threat customers and behave like thugs.
