Ruby Tuesday

This was a nice place. We came on a Tuesday after 5pm to celebrate our 9year wedding Anniversary with our 3 children. The hostess granted our request for seating. Our waiter was patient with us and does his job well. Our area was clean. Our food came out great l (presentation and taste) and we enjoyed ourselves. I'll also add that everything looked so good ....my family dived right in.

Stopped in for a late lunch on Christmas eve. I ordered spicy shrimp appetizer and salad bar followed with the fried apple dessert. Food was delicious. Service was fast and friendly. Staff that I came in contact with was extremely professional. Genuinely concerned about making my dining experience pleasant. Highly recommend

Had lunch with my mother today. The hostess was cheerful and pleasant. She took us to our seat quickly. Our waitress was pleasant. But not vert attentive. We ordered and it was a while before our food was brought to us. The hostess sat a couple of ladies at the table across from our booth that ordered after our order was put in and their food came and was brought to them before ours and both tables shared the same waitress. I was never asked if I would like a refill on my drink even though it was halfway gone. My mither and I had finished our lunch and placed our napkins on our plates and scooted them to the edge of the table. The waitress came over and asked how we were doing and we said fine can u bring us the check. The issue is that wait staff needs to be attentive and notice details so that the customer can enjoy their drink and meal. The bathroom was clean, however there was no soap to wash your hands. The restaurant appeared to be clean.

Staff was great. However restaurant needs serious attention. Furniture falling apart. Took three tries finding a chair that didn't want to come apart. Tables so sticky that after they washed them they stayed sticky. Had to move to one with table cloth. Food was delicious but portion size to price doesn't match. When you spend close to $50 for two people we expect a lot better. Honestly the only pleasant part of our visit was the staff. 5 stars to the staff.

Our party of 4 arrived at 7:30 p.m. plenty of time before 9 p.m. closing. The area around us was filthy. Food in the floor and on table top..was never cleaned while we were there. There were only 14 people in the entire place no excuse to not be clean. 2 of us ordered Sangria, they left out the wine in mine so had to return it. Food was good but nothing outstanding for price. Waitress took forever to bring bill then messed it up had to recalculate. Never refilled water. Added note the facility is in serious need of an update. Never saw manager.
