I’ve never eaten here before. Very first time and I experience bad customer service. I came in with 7 people to dine in and there were no seating to sit BIG families. They wouldn’t even have me combine two tables together. Asked for my refund, lady behind counter said it was going to take 10 business days to go back into my account. I didn’t care, if they weren’t willing to let me dine in with my family why should I care how long it takes. I just wanted to get out of that awful place and left mad!

This is the 4th time I've complained about the same thing happened with no correction. Sometimes your staff can do cajun parm corn no problem...Sometimes its again the policy... I'm definitely tired of being discriminated against in this establishment. Staff is not only unfriendly but will treate people they dislike with disrespect. I have to almost get into a shouting match every time i order food here. This is unacceptable and you need to fire an retrain everyone.

This place is actually terrible, I try to be understanding but this is the worst place in town for a quick bite to eat, employees in sweatpants , drinks above the food prep area, trash cans?, just don’t go here, it tastes terrible , it takes 25 minutes to get your overcooked chicken, and your fries sit at the end of the line just chilling waiting on everything else, literally chilling… just don’t

The Farmington,NM location is in desperate need of customer service training. No smiles on anyone. They make you feel like a nuisance. They're always annoyed when they finally answer the phone. If you even get someone on the phone. When you go to pick up your order they once in a while actually get it right. If not you have to fight with the person they decide is the manager at the moment. So if your willing to go through all that for some wings then good luck. Your gonna need it. Don't expect to be treated well or with some courtesy.

When I first moved here I tried this place and got awful customer service and they forgot the drinks. Fast forward a year and tonight I decided to give them a chance cause wings sounded good. They forgot the drinks again and when I called to talk to someone about it I was on hold for 25 minutes before I hung up and called again twice to no answer. This is a joke and I regret giving them money for anything.
