Bay34th St Pizzeria

Normally I love this place. We eat here all.the.time and we always order the same thing. We ordered and arrived and were paying 13 minutes later. We ate in house after calling in the order. Tonight our pizza was doughy. I brought it to their attention right after biting into it and peeling off the toppings to see. There is zero chance this thing sat in the warmer and that’s why it appeared doughy, as I was told. They wouldn’t remake it. This is poor customer service for a regular customer no less. I’ll be keeping this in mind next time we consider eating here.

Moved into the area recently. Have had their pizza and dinner entries and enjoyed them. Tried appetizers tonight and was pleasantly surprised. The mozzarella sticks were breaded great. Stuffed mushrooms were a delight especially the sauce. Finished with pepperoni pinwheels that were superb. I'm sure the chocolate cake will be a great way to end the night. Highly recommended this establishment.

The best pizza I've ever had. The employees are absolutely incredible and they recognize my daughter and I every time we come in and always make her smile. I definitely recommend the Buffalo chicken pizza the most and the individual slices are huge. The pasta always slaps it takes all of my willpower to not get dessert because they look so very tasty.

I love this place! Authentic Italian flavor with a very Italian feel. The best pizza I think I've ever had. Just amazing so far. I will add to review later. Must eat NOW! Okay, I've been here several times now. Getting a pizza to go is not the best way to enjoy this place. Get it fresh out of the oven. Sit and enjoy at least one slice before heading out. These guys and gals always do a stellar job! My office has been ordering from a different locally founded pizza chain for decades. I brought Bay 34th to a lunch and learn a few months ago, and it's the only pizza we have ordered since. The staff is super friendly, delivery driver was right on time the one time we had it delivered. When I go pick up 10 pizzas and a large salad today, he helped carry all the pizzas out and loaded them in my car. The food is fantastic, and the customer service goes above and beyond. Will keep coming back :)

Nicely decorated place, with friendly, courteous employees. The pizza though? Kinda "meh". Thin crust Brooklyn style pizza that "looks" delicious but the taste is bland. I really wished the pizza tasted better because the staff are really cool folks. If they add some seasoning to the pizza dough/toppings, this pizza could be good.

After living outside of NYC for 4 years and experiencing the best pizza in the world there, I found this Pizzeria today and I have to tell you this place is as good as it gets. The pizza was the best I've had since leaving the NY area. This is a family owned business and they're all from the NY and New Jersey area. The whole family works there. You have to try this place.
