Arby's

Arby's is my favorite fast food, but I would not go inside this one and eat, again. It was not busy, there were plenty of employees, yet the front counter and drink station were disgusting. I didn't feel good about placing my cup or food tray down. It made me worry about the chairs & tables, much less the food. It kept my husband from going back up for dessert.

I order food from Arby’s in Faribault Minnesota today and my food was soooooo old and hard. I called restaurant to let them know my food was hard and old . And to tell them I’ll bring the food back after I get off work to get fresh food. Sammy answer the phone and I told him everything and he told me no and hang up the phone. I called back again and Jay answer this time I ask him if I can speak with Sammy again he said no because he going to deal with the situation now. So I tried talking to him and he wouldn’t listen so he hang up. I called back about 10-11 times after that and they did the same thing and sometimes they declined the call. The last time I called I guy name Brady answer and I ask him for corporate number and he gave me a wrong number. All I want to say is that restaurant is so disrespectful and rude. I’ll NEVER GO THERE AGAIN! I almost forgot I have a screenshot of how many times I called and the wrong number Brady gave me for corporate number ( 678) area code.
