Huddle House

I went in this morning to have breakfast, and I ordered the stuff hash Browns, the banking was not done, he did redo it, I ordered another breakfast, for my wife take it to her job which was the southern Georgia pecan pancakes, the pancakes. was undone, the batter was still uncooked, the eggs was not the way I ordered them. I said, I wanted them scrambled hard with cheese, they did not put the cheese on there, and the eggs was not scrambled hard. I tried to call them multiple times, no one picked up the phone, I couldn't go back because I had an appointment.

Went to eat breakfast. This place is connected to a truck stop. Poor truckers if this is there only option. Food was bad, greasy and cold. Hash browns were super greasy. One waitress one cook. Didn't know if we were to seat ourselves or walk in on our own. The waitress was busy at the cash register. Other people waiting to have their order taken. The waitress looked like she was ready to start crying. Upon check out the waitress seemed not know how to give change back...McDonalds across the street was looking pretty good.

Most terrible experience ordering breakfast in. I never write reviews, but I felt like I had a moral obligation to inform the public that this place is absolute trash. Not only did we not receive all the items we had ordered, but the food we received was uncooked and inedible. A thirty dollar breakfast was reduced to something not even the pets would eat. Upon calling to demand a refund, the phone rang for several minutes before I hung up. Save yourself the headache and eat somewhere the food is edible and the customer service is competent.

Huddle House? More like Horror House. We ordered breakfast through doordash for the first time here and what was supposed to only take 54 minutes turned into a 2 hour wait. Our dasher profusely apologized, which I understood, not his fault. When we received our order, of course, missing biscuits and gravy. The pancake was burnt and everything else was sooo soggy. Soggier than normal when I order through door dash. Also, the hash browns are just so odd, they look and almost taste like noodles. The eggs were okay but still tastes off to me. The blueberry waffle imo was just NOT good. Huge disappointment and now I realize I should’ve read the reviews in the first place. This may be a harsh review, but it just was not good at all I’m sorry. Just sad I wasted my money on this, but at least I know for sure now…

I went in this morning 5/17/22. There is only one person working the entire restaurant! Management should be fired and the franchisee’s license should be pulled that is completely unacceptable. If you can’t properly staff the place then close it up. Instead you guys are still trying to make a $ off one employee. I’d bet she is not make 3 times as much though she is doing 3 jobs. I did not eat I just left this place obviously doesn’t deserve my money.

It just a partial review as I couldn't experience their food. I decided to give it a try despite bad reviews. I went on Sunday morning: 2 customers eating at the counter and 2 staffs who seemed overwhelmed by the online orders. I wasn't in rush, sitting over half hour at the counter. The waitress was taking care of the take out orders, never took my order. Sadly, I ended up crossing the street for another restaurant...
