Northstar Coffee

Northstar Coffee on 25th St. is the "go to" place for my daily caramel mocha with cinnamon. Love that it it locally owned and has such fun, caring, talented barristers - all who know what they are doing. They remember the regulars, what they drink, and make everyone they serve feel special. Big shout out to Brenna, Hannah and Tylar. They're the best!

I have loved Northstar Coffee for years!! I stumbled upon the drive thru on the Northside and saw the barista handing the car in front of me a cappuccino smoothie. It looked good so when I pulled up I said, "I'll have whatever they ordered." It's now my go to coffee drink. The peanut butter syrup they make is the BEST!! I love being able to support a locally owned business and a women owned business and Jeanna and Brenna are awesome. Love my Northstar!!

My husband and I have been loyal customers of Northstar for over a year now.. the coffee is great, but we were HORRIFIED at the customer service (rather lack of) that we received from the owner, Jeanna. Horrified is honestly an understatement and I think the poor employee that Jeanna was training in at the time might agree.. I honestly still can't believe an owner of a business would treat anyone the way she did.. let alone her regular customers! I don't know if we caught her on a bad day, but that's no excuse in my book. I won't go into detail too much, but we were screamed at, her eyes rolled at least 3 times, and she said she didn't care if we were regular customers AND said she didn't care if we ever came back -- upon driving off, she slammed the drive thru window. She gave us nothing but attitude and appeared to love every minute of it. Needless to say, we will never ever be back and they will never be given good word of mouth from us. Jeanna should be ashamed of herself! Save yourself your time and money and go somewhere that appreciates their customers.. WORST customer service experience EVER!
