Starbucks

Worker Said the cookie crumble can be iced....Does this look iced? I re itterated ICED 4 times i dont think she knew what i was talking about. Now I know why I don't patronize Starbucks but gave them a try after 5 years of not patronizing. I know not to trust them again. Guess caribou and scooters get all my money from now on

Starbucks here, Starbucks there, Starbucks everywhere. I mean literally though, there are way too many Starbucks in every city big and small, and people just keep coming back. (I may or may not be guilty of this too.) But anyways, this is one of at least 4 or 5 Sbux in Fargo, and it’s the closest to my parents’ house by far. It is always stinkin busy. I mean, 10-12 cars in the drive thru deep, at the minimum, almost all times of day every day of the week. It’s mind boggling how this one is always soo crazy. If you don’t see a drive thru line that’s long then you better go immediately and take advantage, because it won’t last long and probably won’t happen again for a week. Despite the insanity, this Starbucks is usually pretty consistent with what’s come to be known of the chain. All the workers are always so darn sweet and amazing, and they work super hard- I mean clearly, they don’t have any other choice due to the capacity of people that ship through each day. Carry on, Starbucks peeps.

The car is acting up, had some trouble finding a place, my pants weren't dry this morning, my hair.. oh my hair (I know things can be worse, all I'm saying is some things just didn't want to go right this morning) anyway, I decided to go through the drive through and get a drink, because dang it I deserved one. I thought I had ordered one thing, but when I got to the window I got a smaller version of what I thought I asked for. (I probably asked for the exact thing they gave me, and didn't realize it). Anyway, the gal in the drive through asked if everything was ok.. I told her that I thought I asked for (whatever drink), she apologized (still my fault), and got right to making another. AND BOOM, just like that, day has been turned around. Thank you for being kind, and for being awesome! Made my day

I was just in the drive through and I clarified my order multiple times. They gave me the wrong size, and when I told them it was wrong, they took the drink back which they should never do during the whole pandemic. Then when I told them what I actually ordered they charged me extra for the drink I should’ve gotten in the first place. Very disappointed in this Starbucks today. Wont be going back.
