We love the Ironmaster. We go there every other weekend. Landlord is really friendly and an all round nice bloke. They worked hard to raise money for a defrib for outside and have met their target. It's cheap as chips. Has the sport on. What more could you ask for on a Saturday afternoon😀

"Babe, babe," my ol' Dutch said to me as we sat down with a small sherry and a pint of Guinness (the sherry was mine).
"Yes, my dear?" I said back.
"I reckon this pub musta bin named after that Progidy song..."
"Which PRODIGY song, my little treble clef?"

Good sports bar that does try and cater for all sports upon request. Not always possible but they do try. Staff are nice and the drinks are very reasonable, no food ia on offer here 😀

Nice evening watching the football. Large screens on every table. Drinks ate reasonable.

Met up with friends here to watch the Rugby. Good service and reasonably priced drinks.
Left by 7pm just before it got rowdy. Glasses had been replaced with plastic cups prior to us leaving.
We had a good afternoon here.

As a town centre pub, in the daytime, this is a friendly, clean and very reasonable place to meet family early evening or weekend daytime.

Went there for a night out with a mate and had a great night. Friendly staff, good drinks and great live music nights. Haven't eaten there yet which is why I only have 4⭐. Maybe next time all in all great pub 👍
