Fallston Barrel House

Stopped in for Sunday Brunch. Sam at the bar was very prompt and helpful with my order. I ordered an iced tea and the Breakfast Bowl. Drink was great and the food came out shortly afterward. Everything was delicious, even the scrapple I substituted for the bacon. There was one mystery. Menu says 3 eggs, I only found and ate 2 eggs. An egg disappeared somewhere. I was full with 2 eggs. Maybe there was a change because of inflation and they didn’t change the menu.

Was running an errand that took us to Fallston around dinner time. I wanted a decent beer with my dinner. We happened past Fallston Barrel House and decided to give it a try. Ended up being a great decision. Great draft beer selection, but more important--friendly, attentive staff and excellent food, both in selection and preparation. As bonus outside seating and live band in background.

We had a party of 8 people outside to hear the band. Six of us had the glazed salmon and it was EXCELLENT! Other 2 had what looked to be flatbread and also said it was great. Waitress (dark red hair) was awesome! She gave great advice and recommendations and stellar service. Only issue is a fight broke out on the patio and one of our party was hit in the head with a shoe (yes, really!!!) and I was hit in the back with a dinner roll! Hence the reason I gave 3 stars. Collateral damage as we were not involved in the fight. Could not relax and enjoy our meal after that. Not sure I will ever go back. Such a shame.
