Cluck Sandwich - my favorite chicken sandwich there!!! Seriously rivals chic-fil-a (it's low key better but shh). This chicken sandwich does NOT disappoint with its meaty, juicy, and tender breast, topped with 2 pickles, some special slightly spicy sauce, and 2 deliciously impeccable potato buns. Let me add that the way this chicken breast is fried will leave you speechless as you savor every bite until it's your last. You'll be back for more, trust. Thanks Jack

If I could give them 0 stars I would. My food is literally always wrong. I ordered loaded nacho fries and had old curly fries in the bottom of the box under my straight fries. They never get modifications right either. This store definitely needs better management. Contacting them is like asking a brick wall to get up and walk. Nothing will happen

My husband and I went through the drive-thru for dinner on 6/27/22. Unfortunately my husband forgot his wallet so we went back home to get it. Upon returning to the restaurant, my husband went inside where they thankfully saved our order. What went wrong is when my husband got to the register, the cashier Daniella asked him for his pin (to say it out loud) which is not normal. Then when it was time for him to pay she didn't even say his total and when he asked she touched the screen like she was deleting something she had added on there herself that we did not order. Overall we love this place but that particular cashier was doing some shady things that luckily my husband caught. If Daniella is your cashier while visiting, ask for someone else to take over.

Always use the app to order food here all the time, since we have a big family. Well on March 11th we did that and when I went to pickup food they said they never got our order. I showed them my receipt and they still said they couldn't give me my order because they had no record of it in their system. Said I had to call the number in the app. So I went in app and placed an order complaint because we were charged for our order but did not receive it...$60 is a lot to spend on food you never got! So I followed all the steps put store information, amount paid, order number ect. It said to give them 10 business days. We waited and never got a response.. so I put another complaint in and we waited again. We have still not heard anything back. So Jack in thr Box took our $60 and we never got food or a refund. Very disappointed 😞

Horrible customer service and broken communication from staff to customer. Even calling in to explain a wrong order will be met with horrible management arguing with customers and refusing to fix an incorrect order. Even through word from mouth im hearing complaints of uncooked food, over cooked food and/or poor food quality.

For some reason they always mess up the orders, if you wait at the drive thru window to check on the order they seem to gey upset, this is what a buttery jack should not look like, we try to call and make them aware about the issue but nothing seems to change, most of the time they asks us to go back so they can make the orser right but by that time we are far away or home ready to have dinner. This time i did go back and got a new hamburger.
