We placed an order for 50 powdered munchkins on Thursday afternoon to be picked up Saturday morning. "Sure, no problem!" They said.
Here it is, Saturday morning, and after standing in line for 10 minutes because the inept and inefficient staff can't handle even a small crowd, I'm told "sorry, we are out of powdered". That was the entire reason we placed an order 2 days ahead of time.
Absolutely unacceptable. This location NEVER gets it right. Don't waste your time going. Just keep driving. It's Massachusetts, there'll be another DD close enough by.
My review is 1 star, but in reality, it's a solid zero. Google is forcing me to give them a much higher rating than they deserve, so one star it is.
