Stopped in for expresso at 720...and got told there machine was off for the night when they close at 8? I thought dunkin was suppose to have drinks until the last 5 minutes... but i mean whatever. Kinda annoying

Customer service could be better. One girl was ok, other girl who actually made my coffee (had attitude, forgot to put ANY Splenda & I asked for "barely any ice" but got just as much if not more than normal)

Horrible service. Employees need a workshop on how to communicate professionally. They make sure they don’t give you your receipt so can’t do the surveys. I live literally 100 feet from the store and I’d rather walk 100 miles than go back in that Dunkin.
