Dunkin'

Stopped by to get a frozen mocha coffee, with the chocolates swirled on the inside of the cup and also with whipped cream on top. I love rewarding myself with one of these every once in awhile. I had a wonderful young woman who made it for me, her name is Cammy and she does a wonderful job. She was very pleasant and friendly.

I was here 8:30AM on 12/3/19 and ordered a medium coffee and wake up wrap with a side of hashbrowns. The coffee was alright but my wake up wrap and hashbrowns were inedible. The tortilla and bacon were dry, stiff, and crunchy and the hashbrowns were already cold and soggy. I come to this Dunkin regularly and unfortunately I'm very disappointed in this visit. Customer service was nonexistent and was not given my receipt.

I go through this drive thru or I stop in usually every day. It used to be good service with a smile but the last 3 or 4 times I went through, I have had just rude, incompetent service. No hello, no thank you, no smile....just basically "what do you want?" like why are you here bothering us? slamming the drive thru door, etc. or going in and just standing at the register while they are busy with the drive thru. No one says I will be right with you or even acknowledges you. Then you see the tip jar on the counter.........ugh!! After this morning's service, I will be going to another Dunkin or I might even give Starbucks a try since they are closer to my house and I see they have outstanding reviews. Either way...Dunkin at Reds on Brayton Ave in Fall River...Do better.

Employees wearing masks on their chin, leaving nose and mouth fully exposed serving me and chatting with contractors working behind the counter with no masks on. One contractor (without a mask) walked in through the exit door. I pointed to the entrance door, he told me he's working and forced his way by me while I was leaving. NO RESPCT FOR KEEPING CUSTOMERS SAFE.

Terrible service. Attitude everywhere. The employees just stare at you while you wait for your food. I ordered an iced coffee with cream and sugar and got no cream or sugar, when I asked to correct it they weren’t happy with me (?). I also ordered two croissants one of which was burnt to hell and completely dismantled, the other was normal. I don’t recommend, as they weren’t even busy when I went.
