Subway

Terrible. I would have given it 0 stars if that option was offered. I'm sure the food would have been good, if we could have actually gotten a sandwich, we love subway. However. There was a sign up saying, "closed for 15 minutes bathroom break" . My son and I had panda express, my daughter waited over half an hour, no one showed at subway, she ended up with Sbarro pizza. We were seated right in front of subway for a good hour, no one showed up to work, but the food was all stocked up and ready to go. I asked around, I was told this is a common experience at this particular location at St. Clair Square.

I stopped by here for lunch one afternoon while Christmas shopping. The reason I am giving it two stars is for the poor girl who was working all by herself during the holiday season in a major mall. She had a long line and was trying her hardest to get the sandwiches made. In my opinion she deserves a raise! However, the people who run it don't! Shame on you for making one person do it all. I know how precious labor hours are, however, with all the people who stepped out of line because she couldn't keep up, I think you lost money!

I have been their a million and and 1 times .. service is always friendly and food is always fresh. They talk to every customer very friendly . Kalie is very funny and always puts a smile on my face. The others are right along with her. never have I ever seen a poor attitude with them. Keep up the good work guys your doing great.

If there was a way to rate this subway 0 stars I would their employees were very rude and obviously don’t care about their customers because we went and ordered a sandwich and the chicken was very chewy and not cooked well what so ever and we had only taken a little bite of the sandwich (so it wasn’t like we ate the whole sandwich and then gave it to them)and until we got the security the lady finally gave us another sandwich
