Mcdonald's

I must say this was the first time in a very long time that a McDonald's got my order right and the sandwich was hot and prepared properly. Most of the time the sandwich is so thrown together and cold that it looks and tastes like they took it out of the garbage can. But this establishment has got pride in there product and it shows.

I went to this location around 9:45 PM and waited 15+ minutes with no greeting or acknowledgement of any kind. Myself and four other cars in the drive thru left. Upon driving around the building, there was only one car at the window. I'm not sure what was going on, but that's unacceptable. I ended up driving across town to the Whitehall location with no issue there.

I love McDonald's. I get it every single day. I usually cannot stand breakfast since it's all eggs and sausage. Not really any choice people make for their choice of food for breakfast but I digress. I get the sausage biscuit meal, biscuits n gravy, or if I'm feeling desperate the hotcakes n sausage. LUNCH is where it is at. Chicken sandwich 4a. Sweet tea.

Can not rate low enough! Multiple chances given to this location multiple times told the are only taking cash at different hours. Went into the drive-thru after about two minutes all external lights were shutoff waited another five minutes no contact of any kind was made before leaving. I will not give my time fuel or frustration to support whatever they are doing at this place.

Went through the drive thru and ordered 2 double biscuit and gravy. He only rang up one, I tried to explain to him what he had done but he insisted that it was right. So I tried to tell him again it was not right but again he said it was. So I said ok, go up to pick my order up and of course I have to pull around the building to wait on my order. So after waiting a good 10 to 15 minutes the manager brings out my order. I ask her if their were 2 biscuit and gravy and she says no just one. So I repeated my story to her and she went and got me another one free of charge.
