I ordered delivery this morning. I ordered a hot coffee and a bagel. My order was delivered on time but they sent me an iced coffee. I tried calling customer service no answer. I tried contacting the delivery service they left me on read I also emailed customer service with my order number. I did not receive a refund nor did they get me my coffee. I do not drink iced coffee so it was a waist of money and very disappointing do not recommend this store as they do not know how to read orders it even said hot on my reciept and bag they delivered it with. Need more educated workers this is not the first time from this store.

They’re always running late. The last two times I’ve just walked up and gotten my own order because they take forever to bring it curbside. Hours say they’re open until 9 but one of the managers very rudely yelled “we’re closed” at 8 pm while my food was just sitting there getting cold. They need new management.

Large restaurant, with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Clean with a friendly staff, and our food came fairly quickly. Nice that Panera has healthier choices, but some still fit into the comfort food category. And they have bread, cookies, rolls and bagels for purchase! Large parking lot, easy in and out. Near the movie theatre.

I go here at least 3 times a week and always mobile order. The food is pretty consistent and the employees are generally pleasant. Occasionally things aren’t picture perfect. I would recommend that for online orders they make the pickup location consistent. I never know where my food is going to be. I wait for the email notifying my food is ready then head to the restaurant. Sometimes it’s sitting on the little table, some times it’s sitting in the designated rapid pickup locations and other times it’s still sitting in the kitchen. It seems that employees aren’t unified on where to put the food.

I went in yesterday June 30. Everything was well. The cashier was very helpful. When my mother and I went to get our drinks the containers were dirty. They went bad and tasted like rotten fruit. I told one of the workers about it and I asked if she could taste it too. Immediately she started replacing them. Other than that service was great.

Ordered a breakfast sandwich, got half of one. Is this normal for this place? Mentioned it the the server and she told the manager and they brought out a whole sandwich and let me keep the half sandwich as well. Score...☺ nice place but not my thing. Sandwich was pretty good though.

I was absolutely disgusted by this restaurant at my visit last weekend.
1. People preparing the food are yelling and teasing one another so loudly that I could not even hear my own conversation.
2. The management is nowhere to be seen. Homeless people continually walked in through the back door with cups from trash cans and proceeded to fill them at the drink dispensers, sit down and talk to themselves in the restaurant. They even brought in their luggage and laid it all over the floor!
3. The food was mediocre at best. I ordered a sandwich that had old lettuce in it....soggy and black in places. It was clear that the "cooks" obviously could see it was old but put it on my plate anyways...
I would have complained, but like I said, management was no where to be found.
Really disappointing.
