Mcdonald's

Terrible customer service. I went through the drive through yesterday. There was an older hispanic lady employee (looks like manager) she handed me my food, I asked for 3 sauces. Ketchup, mayo and sweet and sour. She handed me only sweet and sour first time and doesn't get the rest. I asked again for ketchup and mayo. She gave me a bad look as if she was annoyed or angry... I checked the bag again and she didn't place the ketchup inside it. So I ask again for ketchup. I got another bad look, not a single word from her behalf only a bad look. She was even rude placing the sauces in the bag. Kind of almost threw it inside.

I just ordered a big breakfast and a small orange juice and I was told to pull to the second window with the total. When I get to the second an employee wants to argue with me telling me to pull back around and my order was not taken. Then he tells me to pull into spot number 1, he looked like the manager. I will not be coming back, customer service is absolutely horrible. Then the got my order wrong with no orange juice and another employee wants to argue saying you had no hotcakes, but you gave me hotcakes and asks for my receipt. Are you serious?!!!

Garbage experience; drive through person that couldn't find an order and lied about being able to accept online orders. Cold fries, a dr pepper instead of a coke which was seemingly done purposefully because they had to do extra work to do the order. Attempted to tell me to go back through the 12 car drive thru for food I had already been waiting on. Would give 0 stars if possible; if you have a choice between this and any other mxdonalds never choose this one.

First time eating inside a McD’s in a long time. The “self-service” machine froze up. So we used the app and ordered from our table. How nice… But instead of someone dropping the food off at our table, the person working the counter started calling out our number. My wife picked up the order and mentioned that we selected the table side option. The person at the counter snipped back “It says mobile order” pointing at the screen and shrugged off my wife. Maybe we made a mistake. Nope. We ordered correctly. Screenshot from the app “We’ll see you at table 126” and grill slip. Not long after our order the person working the counter starts yelling out another number. “111” “111” it was another family that ordered table side… After the number was called about 5 times they realized it was their table number being called. Sounded like the family said they had ordered at the table and thought it would come to them. Once again snippy counter person brushed them off. If you’re not offering table service just remove the stickers. Problem solved. Also, had the counter person been nice or courteous it wouldn’t be a big deal. Two stars because the order was correct.
