I wish I could give this 7-11 zero stars. It is the ONLY 7-11 I have been to that doesn’t have Red Bull on sale. The manager (owner?) said that “all 7-11s have different sales”. Super ironic that THIS one doesn’t have Red Bull on sale. It seems like a small deal but instead of paying $11 for 6 Red Bulls, I was charged $17. Not going back but I WILL be contacting corporate.

The worst 7/11 I have ever been .......! The cashier is the most ridiculous guy I’ve ever seen in my life! He should know how to speak to the customer! Humanity is the winner not stupidity.

I purchased a charger from this store for $10 which did not work on my phone. I tried to return it but the cashier (owners son) said there was a no return policy, also no sign displayed. He called the police and lied telling them I was irrate which they could see I was not even upset. I was trying to get an understanding of the return policy. He then looked at me and lied and said he has had previous encounter with me and wants me barred. I have never been lied on nor disrcriminated against in such a manner in my life. All because he wanted to cheat me out of my ten dollars. Maybe he needed it more but I will never return there. Poor service

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I Went here on 5/5/2016 at 12:30 pm and while I was waiting in line the cashier lady was checking out the people before me . Ahead of me was a African American male who was checking what they were selling behind the counter I assume and the cashier person was very rude asking him "what do you want" this caused the man to be very offended and said that it is not ok for her to treat him this way just because of the way he looks. She replied "if that's how you take it that's not my problem" . I was astonished at the lack of customer service and rude remarks made by the cashier . The person behind me decided to not buy anything anymore and walked out . I would have too but I had a coffee in my hand . The employee needs to be fired point blank .

Lovely staff, always kind, respectful, and professional. Been coming to this 7-Eleven for last 34 years and always satisfied. I have Citibank and ATM is fee free. They have everything as expected.

The guys are nice. The coffee tastes a bit weird. Maybe because you guys don't filter your water. Other than that, cashiers are friendly. (Note): Please filter your water. 😐

They deny the restroom to their customers, instead sending them to Safe way across the street.. what happens if somebody needs to buy a sandwich and can't even wash their hands.. do their employees wash their hands? I doubt it. #notbuyinghere
