Taco Bell

Unfortunately, this is the closest location to my house. I've waited in their drive thru line for 40+ minutes more than a couple times. Its also not uncommon to wait at the drive thru speaker for three to five minutes before they actually take your oder. Not to mention the chaos every time I try to pick up an order inside. Workers are usually unkind or snappy, food is commonly low quality. The tacos you get compared to what is advertised is laughable. See photos. Metro tech location exceeds this one by far /:

Excellent Customer Care that makes up for occasional mistakes in fulfilling Drive In orders. On April 6 2022 around 7:30 pm we ordered 3 Crunchy Wrap Supreme Meals and one Black bean Crunchy Wrap. When we opened the bag at home we found out that they gave us only 2 Crunchy Wrap Supreme meals and forgot to give the receipt and napkins! When we complained to the Manager he was gracious and asked us to come over any day and pick up the Crunchy Wrap Supreme they forgot. We were able to go there only after 11 days and the Manager gracefully gave us the order! The food is excellent and the management is very customer friendly!

I don’t know what’s going on at this location in recent months. But my order has been inaccurate more time in the last two months than anytime in the last 7 years. This morning I asked for a breakfast burrito, but wanted the sausage substituted for steak (at extra cost to me which is fine) as I cannot have sausage. My burrito contained both and now I have no breakfast and it was a total waste of time and money. My family and I frequent this location at least 3-4 times a week as we live right across the street. But we will just go to Chick Fil A instead as their team always gets it right. Sort out your staff Taco Bell.

food is okay, just like any other tacobells but they are SUPER slow. waited in like TWENTY minutes despite only 4 cars in line, was late for work. I would not be complaining if this were not every single time I’ve come here. never had an order here that took less than 10 minutes. even if there were only two cars in line. did doordash for this store, orders were marked completed yet were not completed for another 45 minutes. saw a wider at the counter taking her time putting sauces in the bag and several customers had to tell her to hurry up because the line was getting long. both inside and outside the workers operate very slowly and take their time on everything. no one should have to wait 20 minutes for a single taco and drink. right after writing this, my wait time in drive through reached about 30 minutes and i was handed the wrong food. ridiculous

The Asian manager was extremely rude. He needs to change his attitude. This is the worst experience I had in Taco Bell and I love Taco Bell… after today I will not be coming to Taco Bell at all and I suggest you don’t come here either until the manager fixes his very poor attitude. This is ridiculous. Also, the heavy set Hispanic guy (cashier) with the beard has a bad attitude too.
