Starbucks

A unique Starbucks with a 2nd floor. The first floor is small, with little space to seat. This Starbucks is nice and clean and the baristas are friendly. Truly live up to their acceptable of diversity which was displayed all over the place. I felt a bit overwhelmed because it looked like they went out of the way to advertise their support of diversity. I truly believe that diversity acceptance is more meaningful when exhibited in actions, not just words. After all, words are cheap. I'm very pleased with the friendly service, which means so much more to me than the signs posted throughout the store. Everyone deserved to be treated well regardless of how they look, what they do... It's what in the heart. ❤️ Thank you!!!

Though Starbucks tends to have great service everywhere, just wanted to shout out to my local location. The guys here are knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and accommodating. Sometimes there is a line, but the staff works efficiently to get orders done. If you're passing through and need your fix, don't be shy about dropping by!

Very disappointed in my experience today. Too many employees standing around chitchatting while customers in line when finally one employee asked “has someone helped you yet?” Well, of course not, why else would I be standing in line?! Upstairs floor dirty and then went to the ladies room. No toilet paper whatsoever. Sink dirty. I would understand a little better if they were busy but they were not. Lack of cleanliness and poor service is unacceptable. Tired of giving my money to businesses who don’t seem to care and then expecting a tip. Get your sh- - together!

I been a customer at this location for 3 years. Working in a healthcare professional we have high standards. This location has the best staff know you by name and are fast it’s my choice to go to this location only. i Want to recognize a few staff members who rock! Randy, Katy, JR, Autumn, Helen,Chris, John . Thank you for being there for me always!! day after day.
