Dunkin'

Quick stop while running errands and we needed a snack. The staff were friendly, efficient, and helpful. There was still a large selection of donuts for mid morning which made the younger one with us happy. The flavored coffee did the trick for the older one. Definitely recommend a stop here when traveling in the area.

This morning I had the pictured order delivered to my place of employment. the coffee was placed in the bag without a lid on the coffee thus soaking my order. Per their customer service, it is door dashes fault however in stating this, they ignored the fact that it is Dunkin Donuts that packages the meals in their sealed bags. Do not order from this location unless you love coffee infused breakfast sandwiches.

Late visit to this Fairfax city location needed a little caffeine to get my mind back to reality after a long drive to DC. The place was pretty clean and the service was fast the coffee was very good and much enjoyable with a side order of hash browns. The person behind the counter looked busy and focused on his work did not smile much but it is understandable at this hour of the night after a long day. My first cup of coffee in about a week, loved it.

So, for some reason my regular Dunkin, that I go to when I get gas, had a line around the parking lot. I have never seen this because I am usually there 2 hours earlier than today. So being late, with an hour and 1/2 drive a head of me, I said I would take a chance at another location. Now I have noticed the fancier the neighborhood. You are least likely to find a drivr-thru, which sucks! At any rate, I located a Dunkin' near the office and went in to pick up my mobile order. There were two making the coffee orders and one lady that you better not mess with, interrupt or otherwise, making the sandwiches. They were moving like a well oiled machine, pumping out those orders in organized chaos! 👏 My first pumpkin spice iced coffee(Don't JUDGE ME) was great and my bacon on crossiant was fresh, hot and tasty! I look forward to my next visit or at least being on time to my gas stop location!

The food is fine. It's pretty much Dunkin standard. If you go on the mornings when they're doing their free donut promo, though, make sure you double check your order. Twice now, they've gotten my order wrong. Once it was the wrong donut, which is frustrating but, y'know, it's still a donut and it's free, so I didn't think it was worth complaining about. The second time it was the wrong drink — a regular iced latte instead of a blueberry matcha iced latte, so SIGNIFICANT DIFFERENCE (especially when you don't drink coffee). They replaced it very promptly when I brought it to their attention, though, so points for that. I'll probably keep going whenever there's a promo because it's a very convenient location, but yeah. Edit: Went back a week later and got there earlier so it wasn't so busy. This time, they did a great job with their service. Everything was correct the first time, and one of the employees asked my name a minute after I walked in so he could make sure I got my order as quickly as possible. For that, I'm bumping this from 3 stars to 4. Edit 2: I have not had further issues with getting the wrong item in my order. Generally fairly good.
