Firenza Pizza

Pretty good pizza for a "fast food " chain pizza. Not as good as your Italian mom and pop shop, but worth trying. Staff was friendly and helpful on my visir and no issues. I created my own pizza, but I wished there was a menu of pre- made coices to choose from. Such as meat lover, veggi lover etc. I enjoyed my visit.

As a fan of topping heavy pizzas, Firenza is the place I was missing for the last 2 years when living in Florida. Their sauce reminds me of the sauce in New York. Their toppings are top notch. I ordered the Firenza specialty pizza with mushrooms and black olives added. It was one of the best pizza decisions I've made in the last 25 years. I ordered online for a 3:00pm pickup and arrived a few minutes early. The pizza was ready almost on the dot of 3pm, so no need to arrive early like me.

I just ordered a regular pepperoni pizza w/ spicy traditional sauce. I got it delivered from Donovan, Best pizza, customer service in Northern VA. Crust is crispy but not greasy with perfect thickness. There is a variety of sauces to choose from and pizza is customizable with an array of toppings. There is something for everyone.

Brick oven cooked, fresh toppings, great sauce that is tangy without being too spicy. Easily one of the best pizzas around, and that is saying something given the sheer volume of pizza options in the area. Everything is out in the open in plain sight, which is great, but only ding is that management could do a better job at emphasizing proper hygiene practices for their pizza making employees, which should take priority over speed and convenience.

It's like Subway for pizza. Every part of the pizza is your choice whether it be sauce, meats, cheese or vegetables/fruits. Everybody can make their own pizza for only $8.00 and have it ready in just a few minutes. The pizzas taste amazing and uniquely different. The place is usually not too crowded, although between 5 to 7pm, especially on Fridays there tends to be larger groups of high schoolers and lines are usually longer. This is definitely one of the more unique pizza eateries in the DC area and is worth a look if you are in the mood for a quick meal.
