Five Guys

My review is based on curbside pickup ONLY, their food was hot and ready on time. I have gone to this location a few times but have had an issue using their curbside last night and a previous visit. On 9/8/2021 at 9pm I called the telephone number for curbside parking and was informed they do not have curbside parking and I would need to come inside. Their website and two parking spaces clearly says they have curbside. I am not sure if they have a curfew “no curbside pickup after 7pm” safety first I totally understand.

I will say, they make some good burgers and milkshakes. The fries are nearly great except that they are very salty but fine by me. When u came there, I gotta say the cashier reminded me of The Rock. He nearly looked like him and he got the same attitude and that's some good customer service he gave. This is a good place.

I called in my order. They were too busy to make it for pick up.. They stared after i got there & had the order was wrong. They refused to comp me anything when I asked. Waited ½hr. When i called to pick up & go. Wow! Don't want to think that it was discrimination, but all staff seemed related & speaking in the same language. Again wow. I accept Five Guys corporate to get back to me.
