The store is clean and well organized. Service is a bit slow but their Cobb salad is great. Chicken strips are soft and tasty. Waffle fries are crispy not saggy. Kids’ meals are just perfect. Ordering drive thru is not good because the last time I ordered drive thru some of my orders were missing. Called them & they said you can come back and get it. It’s a waste of time/gas going back and forth. So ordering inside would be a great option and to check the orders are complete.

Great experience! Really nice to be able to eat inside the restaurant these days. Most CFAs I've seen since COVID have their dining room closed, but this one is open! The cashier was very friendly, and the dining room waiter was VERY nice and helpful! Oh, and the food was delicious as usual. Felt just like the good ol days before the virus =)

The worst customer service I have ever received in a Chickfila restaurant. Completely disorganized. The restaurant had been open for over 5 minutes (I patently waited outside for 10 minutes). Meanwhile, employees were showing up late and attempting to set up. I was told I couldn't even place my order until another 5 minutes because the kitchen staff wasn't ready. My child and myself, along with 2 other parties waiting left. If a restaurant opens at a specific time, they should be ready to go and take orders at that time. Otherwise, please open later.

I do not fully reccomend this location at the Fair Oaks Mall in Virginia. I gave it three stars because it was a affordable, good food , clean restaurant, a the dining room person kept checking on us. The downfall was the person who took our order was rude and they forgot our milkshake and it wasnt thick enough .

Apparently her phone is more important that her customers, i stood here over 10 minutes and the girl never turn around to ask if we need it help , unbelievable , this is why they need to make people to take care business before playing with their phones , after she was playing with her phone didn't even bother to wash her hands , bad really bad customer service I thought I was at McDonald's
