Absolutely the best chicken I’ve had from KFC so far. It was cooked just right, very moist and delicious. I went on a Thursday. Bought 10 peice bucket and 4 chicken fillets. Staff Went out of their way to give me what I wanted staff were helpful, thank you for good food, service and it was very clean. Would recommend this one at Failsworth.

Getting better this one. Used to get my order wrong a lot. One time I went at 7 pm they had no gravy and said no more untill tomorrow. They was not making any more with 3 hours left. I phoned the colonels hotline and complained. They have bacame less lazy here now or found better workers

Not had a positive experience at a kfc for about 3 years but tonight I had amazing service from this kfc. The food quality has really improved too. Friendly service from the cashier called, Latha , I highly recommend her.

Just taken delivery of an order and the food is cold and I mean cold daren't eat anything as I just dont know where or how it has been stored since being cooked . If this franchise cannot deal with delivering orders then please get of the food sights you advertise on .

Service was slow even tho the place was quiet. Went drive through the worst part was that I got a burger and the chicken was raw. I didn't have time to go back so it ended up in the bin. Waste of money.

There is always something missing from the order. The service is slow & sometimes the food is under cooked & the chicken is pink. The staff are not friendly and abrupt. <br/>
