I ordered on the app and went inside to pick it up. I was ignored for several minutes. I ordered a double stack with no onion and added mayo, lettuce and bacon (for an extra dollar). It had a very strong onion flavor, like they were on there and were taken off. There was no bacon and this was the lettuce.

I reached out twice about contaminated food I received from here, never received a response, so I’m going to post here, and include a picture of my food. I’m not sure if that is something that came from someone’s nose, or mold in the cheese, either way I’m very disappointed with the lack of concern, lack of response, and money wasted at the Lionville location on 12/27.

Grubhub drivers are also consumers and did not feel respected by gentleman. Inside store closed and I was practically in front of Drive-through window and was told to drive around. He could have just handed me the food or at least have been nice and respectful. When I picked up food not even a thank you.

Somehow the dining room closes at 5. You know, prime dinner time. But they don't have signage up anywhere in person or online. So if you're inside eating like we were, you'll see people coming up to try to get in, looking at you eating through the windows... But unable to get in. Watched an elderly couple walk around the entire building thinking the door was just sticking.
The good was good as usual for a Wendy's. But the dining room floor was so sticky my shoe literally almost came off. All the tables were filthy as well. I'm not saying don't come here... I am saying maybe come when they first open?

Had the food with my bf it was okay :3, I went here cuz it was sunday & chik-fil-a was closed cuz sunday but the food is good, just not as good as Chikfila lol

typical Wendy's however I took my son in here about 10 minutes before close all of the menu boards were black and I asked if they had a paper menu they did not the woman at the counter who I then found out was the manager told me that they went off automatically so that they could close the restaurant in that if I wanted to order I sent that through the drive-thru. She was incredibly rude and the poor cashier that was helping me seemed embarrassed.

Eat in dining room was closed. Drive up only. Fries were nearly cold and certainly not crispy.

Food is complete and prepped, but staff just don't ask if you're there for a mobile order. I've waited 15 mins for food that was done before I even walked in because staff never called out for it.
