Leaving a 5* review, purely for Jay the young lad that works behind the counter. Me and my colleague were having a stressful morning at work so went for a sausage roll break. Jay absolutely made our day!! Made us laugh and had a wonderful chat the whole time he was serving us! An absolute superstar!

I had a very embarrassing situation in Greggs today where the Apple Pay didn’t work on my phone. I was served by ? Mara. She sorted me out and went above and beyond which was so kind of her. I had to buy a box of chicks to say thank you. She is a credit to your organisation. Thank you.

Love Greggs, bit gutted they don't sell their bread rolls and baguettes separately anymore, but they still have the custard caramel doughnuts so I'm a happy lady.

The last two times I've used this Greggs I've been served by a staff member called Jay, this guy is a real asset to your business, super friendly and chirpy, he must brighten a lot of customers days. Greggs please make sure he gets the recognition he deserves.

Absolutely love the mint hot chocolate drinks they are doing at Gregg's at the moment , the staff are extremely kind and if you are a student you can get free food using a student
