Good points: Very nice coffee, excellent food (we've sampled the cheese scones and the soup - both great) and helpful staff.
OK point: The surroundings are clean and tidy, without being particularly attractive.
Not-so-good point: Extremely slow service when it's busy; one front-of-house person doing everything. Hopefully that will improve if the right candidate responds to their 'Vacancy' poster.

Lovely cafe and outside seating area in the sun. Garden center is well worth a visit, and it is just inside bus inner circle for Exeter, so inexpensive travel.
