Lovely venue with friendly staff and good service. Food was varying in quality between dishes. Three of our party had a Calzone, and they all said that it was very good. I was told by another member of our group that the vegan rainbow lasagne was enjoyable if a little stodgy. The chicken calabreze was a bit burned to the bottom of the pan, and the sausage ragu didn't have much taste to it. This was reported to serving staff who took the two meals off the bill. The deserts were delicious. The waiting staff offered us the option of selecting deserts from the main menu and combining it with the Christmas 3 course offer which some of our party opted for. The kids were given colouring paper with quizes on and crayons to complete them, this was a lovely touch, thank you Update 26/10/23 Excellent staff, very efficient on a super busy evening We had booked the table for 7.30 but it was so packed that we had to stand and wait for tables to clear before being seated 15 minutes later. Staff were super apologetic and were very attentive. Food was delicious and the flat white was lovely. Considering it was busier than our previous visit, I'm super impressed with the standard of food tonight. Thank you

Lovely restaurant, nice staff and delicious food. Visited again last week and it was really good, the set-menu could really use some better vegetarian main courses but they kindly prepared one of the other dishes with no meat which was really nice of them. The Desserts were fantastic neither of us could decide which was better :). Always a good sign :). Love the autumn decorations

I came here with a very large group of over 40 people (who notably are quite loud and disruptive 15yo kids) and the service was incredible! Our waitresses Gracie and Ellie were incredibly helpful: our starters were coming out almost immediately after we got seated. Ultimately we got a full three courses out for everyone very efficiently in well under 2 hours, with absolutely no errors or confusion. The portion sizes are very generous (especially the starters), and they're happy to provide takeaway boxes if you can't finish your food off. Thanks for the great service!

I love a chicken pasta....especially a spicy one!! It's not very often I get the chance cos my girlfriend is not a fan!! The pasta here however was excellent. The place itself is lovely and ambiance always good. It was busy which is always a good sign too. Nice red wine, the Pork belly not so good....and quite pricey. Ah well....may convince her to come in again.....in 6 months....haha

Had an amazing meal and the service was really good. Just one disappointment couldn't use our tesco vouchers , that was the reason we went . We transferred them before Xmas and Exeter was not on the list for not being able to use them . They wouldn't honour them either and my favorite desert had sold out .😢😢😢😢 Would I go back .ummm yes 😁
