Subway

Whoever the opener is at this location, never has the store open on time in the morning. On your open hours both places say open at 7 yet doors are always closed up until almost 8. I have stopped more then once in the morning and the opener consistently doesn’t open doors even tho they are there.. I see the same vehicle every morning when I pass it.

It's subway, have it your way. It's fresh, it's clean and it's perfect for on the go. Everything in their sandwiches has always tasted amazing. Always friendly people and the employees are constantly patient with the costumers. Also it's healthy, depending on what your getting. Keep up the great work.

Not very impressed. The steak sandwich looked like pulled mush. They had no wheat bread. The bread they had was very hard on the ends. The poor girl making our sandwiches was new, she seemed to get very little directions. The veggies (cheapest part of a sandwich) was very light as was the dressing. Then they forgot to cut all 3 sandwiches. Next time I want to spend $25 I will head to the supermarket to make them myself. I would get better value.

Horrible customer service. We came in, with no other customers there, and no greeting whatsoever, proceeded to wait five minutes for what was presumably a to go order, with no eye contact even. Out of the bread we both wanted. No communication or eye contact throughout her making our sandwiches. The person with the to go order comes in to get it and she slides it across the counter without eye contact to them. They had to ask if they needed to sign for anything. Rude when I asked a question and almost overcharged us for an extra drink.

If they arnt participating then they should say so on the front my boyfriend and I went in to get food and see if they were and they weren't. There wasn't any signs saying they weren't or anything. They also have a sign up inside for a deal that they are also not doing because of covid, I would strongly suggest that they first off put up signs stating what events they are participating in and second off making sure all the signs inside are up to date on the events going on with subway.

They need to learn the adage the customer is always right. I had to ask four to five times to get enough olives on my daughter's sandwich for her liking. Then the person behind the counter said sorry, but that it was her boss's policy to put so few on the sandwich. My daughter gets lettuce and olives on her sandwich, none of the peppers, none of the cucumbers, none of the extras, they could afford to put a few extra olives on there. I said well your boss is going to have us going to a different subway, and not coming here anymore. The person behind the counter said don't talk about my boss that way, I said excuse me, but I did not talk about your boss in anyway, I simply said that if she has that policy, she's going to have us not coming to this store and giving you business, I will take my business to another subway.
