WOWOWOWOW my mind is blown this is the worst place I have ever visited! In simple terms DO NOT GO HERE. Let me break it down: bathrooms nasty! Sticky floors tissue paper everywhere and no paper towels. The restaurant itself was gross and had broken tablets and the floor was filled with water (due to a leak) which is pictured. The soda fountain was filled with old soda spilled and not cleaned up. Now on to food. One they messed up the order entirely. I am a vegetarian and I always get the bean burrito. I had a hunch to look inside the burrito and I am glad I did! The bean burrito had chicken in it. I also ordered a potato taco and after ordering and paying they informed me that they didn’t have potatoes (then proceeded to laugh with the manager saying someone burned them). Smh super unprofessional. Sad to say I love Taco Bell but you could pay me to eat here and I wouldn’t even go. Trash place and trash customer service. Honestly close this Taco Bell down I am sure they are breaking all violations. FYI this is a KFC with Taco Bell. Don’t get my started on the KFC My sister ordered a chicken sandwich and it was hard as a rock and not fresh, cold to the touch. Again I don’t recommend this to anyone

The workers are nice, I don't want to drag them. The food was good. I came in last week and didn't get what I ordered, which honest mistakes happen, just got it and went on. The bathrooms are nice but nasty. The buildings nice but no tables wiped down and dirty as it could be. No one asked for here or to go, just does to go for everyone and no napkins in bag or avaliable without asking. I'll change this review if I have a better experience next time, I just think a few improvements could go a long way. If the foods hot and good and I'm treated decent I can overlook a lot and they did cover those two things.

The worst service every time! I don’t know really why I try to keep going back every time it’s something else weather it be out of everything being rude or last time wouldn’t take an order I pulled up to the window they are laughing having a convo stare at me then continue their convo and never open the window I won’t be back I suggest you don’t even attempt to try them.

I make a special point of stopping at this particular KFC. The last time I stopped, the hot wings were awesome! It was like they were freshly dipped, then dipped again and fried to perfection. The gal at the window was overwhelming polite (and not just to me but to the people coming in behind me as she was taking their order) and she ended her instructions w a smile. Thank you!

First of all let me say the customer service was outstanding! They cooked my chicken fresh for me and everyone was super nice. The reason for the 4 stars was because I just didn't like the fact that after we placed our order which was on the inside about 5 minutes later about 8 people came in and the cashier said Oh the front counter is closed and I thought wow well maybe they should lock the door then. And then about 3 minutes later about 6 more people came in and the cashier replied the same answer and I took that as that could of been me and I done waisted my time to get out my car and u tell me to get back in my car and go to the drive through. I just thought that could of been handled better.
