7-eleven

Would give this place 0 if I could. The night shift on 11/24/21 doesn't seem to want to do work. Anything I would normally try to buy like a lotto ticket or pizza to be baked at 7/11 where apparently closed. When I bought the pizza, he didn't even mention the ovens were closed for the night (which makes no sense when they advertise it to be 24/7). Got a refund. This is the closest 7/11 I am near and honestly I'm never coming back to this one. Horrible customer service. If I were the owner, I would be very upset that any employee would chase away business for lacking basic company standards (especially business that is close by). I feel bad for the owner, because with this place lacking the basic standard of a 7/11 it is losing money for good reason.

I’m a regular and I usually buy my vapes here. On 3/6/21 I bought one of their ONEE STICK vapes (Cool Mint) and it died that same night. I was able to come in and exchange it for the same one again free of charge on 3/8/21 and it died again the next day! So I came back in today 3/9/21 and the guy wouldn’t believe me even after he remember me complaining about it. I’ll stop by in tomorrow to speak with the owner, who supposedly will be here around 10ish. They need to pull these off the shelves if more duds are found!! 😠

It's a 7-Eleven so it has your basic convenience store items. They do have good slushies. Still cold beverage section has a decent selection. The pricing shelf labels need some work. It's frustrating to walk up to buy something and it's not the price 2 shelf label says. Some of the staff is Mildly friendly and helpful. Another part of the staff is standoffish and mildly helpful. The last group of the staff is definitely not friendly. They are borderline rude and unhelpful. I also get the impression that they are looking down at me like I am beneath them. Whenever I'm in the store I always keep in mind I will only be in the store a few minutes and the other than taking my money the staff really really isn't all that relevant.
