Subway

The food it self was good, I could tell it was fresh and nothing was forgotten off my or my daughter's order. And the staff was friendly. My issues are the women's bathroom was out of order so we used the men's as told to by the staff. And it was out of paper towels, which they filled after I told them. And the chairs were still on the table from the night before. Leaving dirty messy tables if we wanted to eat here, which we did. Luckily I had wipes in my purse to clean our own table

What an absolute joke. Ordered their new Mozza Meat sandwich. Just got home with it, it doesn't have mozzarella on it. You can't make this up; they forgot to put mozzarella on the Mozza Meat. Not only did they not include the ingredient the sandwich gets it's name from, they didn't include any of the extra veggies I ordered. I've been calling the store for about ten minutes. Subway has seriously declined in the last couple years and this is the last time I will ever attempt to eat at one. Next day edit: I went back and the same employee was working. He was ridiculously apologetic, said he was alone working the closing shift and it was one of the worst nights of his life. As someone who works customer service I do understand to a degree. He made me a new one. So he did make it right, but my initial review does stand.

09JUN2022 @ 11:07am: How are you going to put 11 pieces of pepperoni and 5 salami on my spicy Italian and then argue with me that the meat is just supposed to go from end to end of the bread? The pink haired chick was making her customer's sandwiches immaculately symmetrical and pretty, yet you, black haired tan looking female, could give a rats you know what and give me attitude? Yeah, I walked out. I'm not paying for something half-a**. I do not recommend anyone other than the pink haired chick make your sandwich. Don't pay for something you don't like.

Ordered an Italian BMT for my 14 year old son, after getting home, he takes a bite and starts telling me his mouth is burning. The kids working the counter made him a spicy Italian with jalapeños and southwest sauce. When I called (I live about 25 minutes away) I am told that there is nothing I can do and to grow up. I’m so furious right now, if I were to go back there to complain I might say something I regret. No more subway for us.
