Burger King

I ordered a bacon king, it came so soaked in HAMBURGER GREASE that not only was the bottom of the bag so saturated with grease, the grease poured out of the wrapper. This spilled over my passenger car seat. This business wants to pay for car detailing apparently. I have hamburger grease across my seat and floor, I’m so ticked off this isn’t even funny. It’s literally like they placed the wrapper straight on a grease tray.

I’m a door dash driver and the first time I picked up from this location they missed 3 items out of an order and made me lose my entire tip. Got an order from them just now and checked the bag and of course it’s missing an item. I waited 20 minutes in the drive thru initially. So I knock on the door and they keep waiving me away after I told them THEY forgot an item. At this point the drive thru is even LONGER now and would have taken over 30 minutes! I placed a complaint with customer service because this needs to be addressed! I shouldn’t be losing money because of their incompetence to double check and order while bagging it! From here forward I’m declining all orders from Burger King due to their TERRIBLE customer service!

AVOID GOING HERE!!! I love Burger King but this location is Horrible . Everytime I order through the drive through or inside I am always missing a part of my order and they don't give me my correct change. Each time It gets even worst. The food is not cooked very cold as if it was just taken out of the freezer to thaw. Eyelash, pubic and other body hairs have been found in our food. I've brought these issues up to the manager and no resolution nor do they even care. It is ran by careless rude high school children and an irresponsible lazy manager. Oh , if you want ice in your soda or cheese in your whoppers they will not add it. They are too lazy to do that to. If you ask them to fix the order they will make an excuse why not to. The original chicken sandwich was placed on a whopper bun. The whoppers with PAID -->cheese was not added. This is the last time I will ever go to this location. Avoid going here at all costs!! This place needs to be shut down!
