Taco Bell

Best service I've ever had at a fast food place. Jercy actually cared about my order and was very polite and when to they were out of something I wanted he made some great suggestions to replace. Blown away tonight, going to taco bell I generally don't expect to be taken care of so well. Thanks again. Give this man a raise.

It was a 20-minute wait to get 2 tacos behind only two cars at 8:45 pm. They must only have one worker and one person at the counter. It was excruciating long for everybody to get their orders ahead of me. Although mine did come immediately once I pulled up to the window and paid. I asked for lots of hot sauces and got zero. Ugh, workers today.

I've never seen a restaurant so filthy. It is challenging to relay the layers of lettuce, trash, napkins, used gloves, and the particular caked-on food residue of the trash can and floor. Sadly my phone does not capture the level of trash (lettuce, etc.) which littered the entirety of their food prep area. Unfortunately there were an abundance of workers but it seems only one microwave, so their prep time is appalling, combined with a great deal of talk and laughter about coffee preparation. (Instead of cleaning.) Fortunately after about 20 minutes of waiting, I shifted position, and saw the condition, after which I promptly exited and left the last $6 I'll ever spend at any restaurant.

Was not open at posted hours. Failed to put sign or answer through intercom leaving potential customers guessing. The only reason I got any kind of response was because the young woman came up by drive-through window to start playing with her phone. When I got her attention she had an attitude it was very disrespectful. This could’ve all been alleviated with just a simple sign but instead she rudely said will be opening in 20 minutes.

Genuinely has to be one of the worst run establishments I’ve ever seen. Workers dropped two orders in the hour and a half I had to wait to get my two burritos. Shows blatant disrespect to all doordash workers and always puts their orders as dead last. I’ve never seen a place as mismanaged as this in my life I would rather have middle schoolers come in and make food. Update: there has now been a third spill with a worker throwing a cheese cup at the garbage can and missing completely.

Now that you can enter to order food you would think the employees would be more attentive to those waiting in the lobby to have their order taken. This is not the case here , second time I have been ignored..staff members look over and see you standing there and do nothing. Today the young man looked up from his phone, seen me and walked away. I was standing there 5 minutes until someone finally came forward. I've had this happen before and heard other customers voice their disapproval. Managers!!! Pay attention to what your staff are doing or what they are not doing!!!
