Silver Dragon

Lunch prices were kind of high. Both lunches came out cold. She came and grabbed the tip off the table before we left which was so weird. If she would have cleared the table and picked up the tip I could see that, but nope, walked straight over and only snatched the cash. Didn't really care for it. Also seemed like she didn't want us to dine in. Then others after us came in.

Was let down. The pictures here were not reflective of the food I picked up. Beef was sparse, over breaded, and stale tasting. I spent $80 on lunch. You would think it should come with rice and a cookie. All in all over priced let down that needs to advertise the entrees do not include rice. My lunch party was sad.

The Chinese restaurant we usually go to has closed so I was looking for one that we could go to, I found the Silver Dragon on the net and read the comments by previous customers and I will say they were really poor rating but I thought we would try it anyway, well unfortunately the ratings were very correct! The food ess terrible and the prices compared to the portions were ridiculous. That was our first and last time.

So why do I give a one star, let me tell ya. Consistency of quality is not happening here. I’ve been eating here for almost 3 years now. I even gave them a really good 4star rating at first because their food was really good, then it turned into so gross! Not only do they skimp on servings with takeout orders, when I complain about how much oil is used the chef gives me grief, tells me why don’t I cook it at my home myself, how rude and disrespectful. So, then I decide maybe it’s just that chef and I give it another shot. To No evail, I go and order a Mongolian beef and a side of deep-fried 🍤 and egg drop soup, steam rice. You know what came in my order‘ 1 deep fried 🍤 1 veg egg roll, 1 small slice of bbq pork, a quarter cup of egg drop soup, a quarter cup steam rice, with the greasiest and grossest Mongolian beef I’ve ever had in my life, it was so disgusting! So, now that your chef retaliated by making my food disgusting because I ask for quality, you just lost this customer forever! I’ve wasted my hard earned money for too long. I don’t need to be abused by somebody who doesn’t like to take requests to use less oil please because the way you cook! $23 for your gross food, no way is that ever Ok, Ok! This isn’t a DoorDash problem, it’s a rude chef🤢 🤮 Pride is more important than customer service & quality food, Wow!😳 Yes, I’ll make my own🙏🏻
