Dunkin'

I was only customer in the store and asked for a quart of hand packed ice cream was told to grab one of the pre-packed from the refrigerator. When I insisted I wanted a fresh packed quart I got attitude and she reluctantly packed a loosely packed “quart”. When I questioned her and said this quart was light and was not packed I got more “attitude” and she stated that it was packed down. Why work at ice cream store when you can’t serve people with some level of quality service? This is not the first time I’ve had attitude and lack of quality service at this store in Evanston. Ownership should offer some better training!

Take this Dunkin’ Donuts down and replace with a Starbucks. It could be a possibility that this business needs new management. The service was terrible today! They are a little too comfortable need to learn how to give better service. Don’t worry someone will be calling me and I will give them a piece of my mind thank goodness for the survey on bottom of receipt. Drinks are always disgusting. You don’t know how to make a Latte? And I wanted to order a banana split. Oh it’s not available? Why is it on your menu?
