Cosi

My food was delicious, however my son asked for no honey mustard on his sandwich and after a few bites in realized it had honey mustard on it. After taking it back Steve threw it in the garbage and would only make him a half sandwich stating that he had already eaten half. He had eaten about 1/4. They should have just remade the sandwich seeing it was their mistake and I paid for ot to be made correctly. Great food, poor customer service.

Have had a lot of different experiences here. Overall I like the food at Cosi and typically come here when I need to get some work done, but don't feel like going to the super busy (college student filled) Starbucks next door. The wi-fi isn't always the most reliable though, so if you need a strong connection you may want to go somewhere else. There is outdoor seating for nice days and Cosi is pretty adamant about only letting paying customers sit in their outdoor seating. TIP: If it's your first time here, be sure to get the wood-fired flat bread with your entree. Very tasty!

Healthy and tasty but I'm beginning to understand why it's never busy.... Ordered the adobo chicken bowl- after about 15 minutes a work comes up to me and tells me they are out of adobo chicken so I pick something else- I ask if they have everything to make a Shanghai salad, he said yes. Another 15 minutes later I get a salad and I don't know what it is- it has chicken, tortilla strips, a few Asian noodles and some tomato with iceberg lettuce.... At this point I've waited a half hour for a salad and no one else has come in....so I ate it....
