Panera Bread

This Panera is arguably one of the worst I have ever been too. My order is consistently wrong or missing items, you can end up waiting 15+ minutes if you order a coffee or smoothie and on more than one occasion I have had to remind them that I had one as they had forgotten. The location itself is nice and they keep it fairly clean. Admittedly service has gotten slightly better as it appears there has been a change in management and a large amount of staff. Overall I would not recommend this location.

Sat here in-between late morning early afternoon, and boy was it crowded. Too many people and not enough seats. The food was good, my bagel was a little on the burnt side. I also ordered it to have it ready for pickup, but it wasn't in the pickup area. I had to get in line to get my item. Overall cleanliness was sub-par, floors and tables were dirty. A good experience, the crowd varies. If you prefer a quite area to eat or study, you might want to steer away from this location.

At this location their Cup size creamy tomato soup is actually half of the actual one Cup soup. I was surprised by the portion size it was just eight spoons. They asked for a tip at the time of placing the order and what for? I didn't know anything about their service and why shall I pay the person to do her job. Also, the person at the counter didn't ask me if I have a Panera card which I have and in a hurry I forgot. She gave me a vibrating pager, but didn't deliver the food to the table. As I am not habitual of the old system anymore i thought, like every where else the food would be delivered to the table and was unaware that I had to pick up once it vibrates so, the person came down to my table to ask me to collect the soup from serving counter. I guess they have not yet installed the sensors in their tables at this location for the vibrator to work actually. The food was okay, but I was disappointed by the portion size and the look of the bowl, very old looking bowl. I think it's an old location the place is unlike other Panera's that are kept very well.

I say stay away from this location. Sadly for number of years this is my least favorite. I have complained many times to panera. #1 people should not be allowed to sleep at the tables. Staff doesn't seem to care how bad it looks. #2 half the time at 8am they are out of numerous bagel flavors. Also ordered mine for here and toasted and was in to go bag not toasted. Staff can be quite nice but they just don't have their act together and I blame management for this.

This Panera has an amazing amount of tables. Friendly staff. The food and coffee were what I expect from this chain. Instead of pastry, I order a small loaf of sourdough bred, sliced. I eat a few slices with my coffee then take the rest home. I do wish the music weren't so loud and that staff would empty over-flowing dish tubs more often. More outlets for charging devices would be nice, too.

I eat here way to often. Probably 3 times a week. I usually use the rapid pickup and order in their app. Unfortunately, they have consistently messed up my order, forgotten something, or not had the item at all. So much so that I have gotten on a first name basis with their managers. Something I am not proud of and they should be embarrassed of. Their food however, when correct, is great.

Their service here was so aweful. Their food was stale and it took them 20 minutes to make it. They made the sandwich first and then 15 minutes later they made the salad. By that time the sandwich was cold. Their manager was so rude and didn't even apologize. I have never felt so offended. When we ordered our food instead of taking our order they asked offending questions about our ethnicity and then said something about why we were in the United States. I will never go here again. Very unprofessional. After complaining about the food and telling them that we felt offended about them talking about our country of origin they threw us out and threatened to call the cops. My wife and I feel so mistreated. Oh my god! It is so bad here.
