Baskin-robbins

I come to the place often for the cappuccino blast, which you can only get at a baskin Robbins dunkin. I drive from Leesburg to be often told no we are out of the mix or my base is too frozen. Today I was told again she couldn't make me one, I asked if she had the yogurt base instead. She said yes. I asked if we could have it made with that instead, she then yells noooo I can't make it bc of the mix! First time I was yelled at by someone there. Normally they just apologize and tell me that can't but homegirl was having a bad day. I get being out of things and I get people forget to leave the base out to thaw but there is no need to be nasty. I came in between 11- 1130 and she was on drive thru taken orders. I guess I should start calling before driving 15 minutes out of my way to wait in a 30 min line to be yelled at over some damn coffee.

Great ice cream most of the time. This is the only place i could find serves snickers flurries but they call them "31 Belows" so I became a regular since I've found them. My main problem is that i stop here at least once a week for a 31 Below and over half the times they don't have soft serve up or don't have snickers. It's really disappointing every time when I go thinking I'm gonna get the treat ive loved since I first went to a ice cream place just to be let down. The staff are really nice about it. Being a regular I've gotten to know some of the employees but every time I get to know and make friends with an employee they get fired. Would not recommend to work at this place for a job. The employees are always nervous at the end of the day and don't get many breaks. Once i came later in the day and an employee broke down in tears because she knew how often i Come or call to see if they have anything. The point is that they have great staff, constant low or out of products, but when they are stocked up its a great place to go with the family. I'm moving out of florida in a couple of days and really hope that they can fix this problem before I leave because their ice cream always makes my day brighter when they have it.

31 flavors? Ha nope. I counted 21. Couldn't even get the flavor we wanted because it was freezer burnt. He was nice enough to tell us he wasn't comfortable selling it to us. The girl taking our order was so confused. Basically if you don't order coffee she is just stares at you. I think putting Dunkin and Baskin-Robbins together is a HUGE mistake. The service was terrible and took way too long to even get to the counter because of the coffee orders ahead of us. There was a family of 3 waiting for their order and a family of 4 in line in front of us. They didn't even speak to the family of 4 until all the drinks were served to the other family. Plenty of people working to cut that time down but bad training or management kept us waiting. I will not be back. It was the least enjoyable experience I've had in a long time
