Culver's

I placed an online order. I guess I do that frequently, because when Carter finished with the customer ahead of me, he greeted me and asked if I had the online order! He stayed busy helping other people bag and take out orders and when mine was ready he carried it out to my car. Carter is attentive, polite and professional. As a restaurant worker myself I would love to have him on my team!

As a team member of the Culver's in Portage, Wisconsin, I tend to scrutinize restaurants, and Culver's specifically pretty closely for their quality on everything. This was where my mom and I had lunch the day before my 25th birthday and we were not at all disappointed. The team members were extremely friendly and greeted us when we left and arrived, and I wish I knew the name of our cashier. He was very kind and made us feel at home instantly. The food was the delicious quality we've come to expect from Culver's, and I thank this team for an awesome dining experience. Keep up the great work guys! It was our pleasure to eat at your location!

Went through the drive through, which was super long but man, do they have it figured out. Ordering was quick and got our food in no time. Staff was so friendly, and all the food was perfect.
