Dairy Queen

Well I don't like to post negative things, especially about fast food as I know a lot is out of there control. But come on guys. I've been to this location 3 times this month, each time thinking it would be different ( I know my fault) and what I'm learning is when you place an order it's more of a suggestion than an actual order. I mean if a cook looks at the order and sees "no cheese" you would think he would follow your requests and not put cheese on it. Nope, not at this DQ. Cook sees "no cheese" and decides hmm maybe if i put extra cheese they would like it even more? But at least now I know. Always make sure they take your "order" and not your "suggestion"!

Not super pleased. We drove up and saw at least three people leaving. Ordered our food and it felt like the person couldn't hear us, we kept repeating what we wanted and then repeated it again at the window. Our food was wrong, as we predicted. Had to go back and we saw the three people that had left entering the building again. The food then didn't even taste good. So not a great experience.

It was 9:40pm. The employees were very sketchy, many were outside talking to friends in cars. It was the last 15 minutes of the night and I was the last car in the drive thru. The food order was given to us incomplete, and I got home before we noticed the burger was not there. I ordered a #1 1/4 lb deluxe bacon burger, expecting lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and a thick burger. I called, then I drove all the way back to the store, to receive a burnt thin burger with only cheese, bacon, and bbq sauce on it. I got home before I realized they gave me an incorrect burger. The employees were not in the store when I arrived the second time. There were two outside visiting with friends in cars, two inside. They were not professional in their appearance and were unable to complete a basic order. I only ordered a chicken strip basket, basket of fries and basket of rings, plus a burger. As well as a mill shake and 2 dilly bars. The fries were cold. I lost $8 on a burger I wanted to eat after a long work day. The last time I ate at this DQ was in the spring and my son got food poisoning. I highly warn you all to avoid this DQ!

If I could put negative 0 I would I place my order and it took for ever to get it it was cold they still put what I didn't. Want on a burger also the ice cream sundae was melted half way they had almost no customers there when I was there very dirty place my card and receipt got handed to me sticky the cashier was wearing the same dirty gloves handling money and food another employee not even wearing gloves when handling the ice cream I won't be going to this place anymore it's disgusting unsanitary I have been to other locations and they are clean but this one is just gross 😝

Super disappointed. We just had a great experience a few weeks ago where we drove around and all the hours were wrong for all the Dairy Queens but this one and in the end we were able to successfully get our late night ice cream. So we assumed the hours were again correct online and drive clear across town only to find they had closed early. Guess its time to stop going to dairy queen altogether if they can't be consistent.
