Pizza Hut

When I arrived at the pizza hut parking lot for my contactless curbside pickup, I saw on my email that my pizza was ready one minute before I arrived. I hit the button saying I was here. After no-one came out after 9 minutes I walked in to get my pizza. There was no one at the counter so I rang the bell for service. A couple minutes later a grumpy guy came out from the back and handed me my pizza. Without saying a word he just turned his back and walked away. When I got home and opened my pizza there was a quarter size cardboard burnt oil soaked disc on my pizza. Yuck

Food varies too much for delivery to be called good. Pizza instructions seemingly always ignore, delivery instructions ignored more so. Ordered from here last night only to receive a cheese pizza that 1 didn't have light cheese 2 didn't have extra sauce 3 was burnt. The breadsticks and cinnamon sticks in the dinner box were completely burnt as well, cold when I received it. 0/10 would not recommend this pizza hut.

They took 30 minutes to get my order to me, not counting the time from when I ordered. I’m going off the text they sent me saying “Your order is out for delivery!” I live 5 minutes tops from the store I ordered from. All that aside they didn’t knock on the door or ring the doorbell to let me know they were here. Thankfully I was watching and saw the delivery person walk by (had this person knocked and waited to see if I was going to open the door more tips money would have been give, had it in my hand) 3 minutes later I received a text saying my order had been delivered. So had I not checked the notify me by text box would I have just not known? (Aside from me paying attention) Real bizarre way to deliver food, even with no contact delivery. Also the food was cold.

I'm a long time customer, but after last nights service and quality I'm officially boycotting you. My order was supposed to be for delivery with a time estimate of 25mins. After an hour of waiting I checked the app to find my pizza was still in process of being made. I then called the store to see what was going on and was not given a straight answer, but that my order was at the over, not in it but at it. I asked when it would be here and the person in charge told me about 20mins and I should have it. I told them to go ahead and just hold the order at the store and I would come get it. I arrived at the store 6mins later and was told they accidently sent my order out. They offered to cancel that order and just make me a new one and said it would be about 15mins. I stepped outside for about 5mins and then went back in and was surprised to be handed my order. I even mentioned this to the person in charge. As I was heading to the car I opened the box and was not surprised to see the original pizza cold and lifeless in the box. I confronted the person in charge about this who clearly didn't care, but did admit that is what they did. I told them that was pretty messed up since he had said he was going to make a new one, but at that point I wasn't going to wait around any longer. This will be the last time I ever order from pizza hut.

I usually love pizza hut but what I dislike is ur forced to pay a driver if I don't or if u give less than 5 your order takes longer wich is wrong when u get cold pizza just because the other people left bigger tips like pay ur employees better pizza hut quick update it came box was crunched in and pizza was smashed a little by the box lid like something was sitting on top of pizza box

This was a online delivery order. It took twice as long to receive as the website indicated. When I called the store, I was disconnected 3 times by the automated answering system. The pizza was barely warm when it arrived over 30 minutes late, and the quality was poor at best. It has been a long time since I ordered from this store, but the last time was great. After this experience, it will probably be a long time before I consider ordering here again.
