Charleys Philly Steaks

I hit them for a 60 dollar order (4 larges with double meat, all custom veggies, no call-in)because I heard they were amazing. Not only did I get my money's worth, I will be coming back indefinitely. I was surprised at the amount of food I received, even with the hefty price tag. A couple pointers, one manager to another, Charley's at the VRC: Business cards. This should be obvious. 6 or 8" metal covers to steam products faster, as well as spread cheese throughout; 4 more spatulas. Give the two women working on October 2nd, 2019 @ 6pm a raise. Incredibly calm, if not HUMOROUS under pressure, and the food exceeded expectations. I will be returning soon.

This was a 6. dollar philly cheese steak. Not worth the price. I did say light on the veggies after looking at the photo they post of the philly cheese steak. I had no idea they were already so skimpy on the veggies or I never would have said that. Veggies are cheap, so you would think they could spare enough to make it look like the advertisement. False advertising!!!!!After showing the manager the picture he remade me one with extra's since I told him I would put this on a review.

I work in the mall and every-time I go there for my lunch it takes my whole 30 minute break to get a sandwich or even just fries one time it took 25 minutes for just fries because the staff chat forever before starting my order and they’re usually in the corner talking and when I walk up they act like I’m interrupting them or usually make you wait and won’t help you until they’re done talking. They also never have the supplies they need, they never have any to go boxes when I ask and one time they ran out of fries, they’re always out of something. Unfortunate though because the food is good.

I liked the food, but took way to long. This place is very poorly run. Only 2 people to cook and take orders it appeared that the poor people did not have the tools needed to do their jobs. Did I mention that they were short handed. Other frustrating issue is they advertise special lemonades but only had 1 machine other broken and no tea, apparently broken too.i also over heard the cook come over and explain to a customer that he could not have a certain sandwich on the menu because they didnt have the ingredients for the sandwich. No the fault of the young people working there. As a matter of fact they were doing an excellent job. It's the fault of the owner.
