Panda Express

Haven’t ate at Panda Express for a while and it sounded good but I was unfortunately met with a long wait and not so great customer service. Honestly, that I can let go but then I drive home to junction city, open my food and see that I didn’t get one of my entrees correct. I ordered orange chicken, honey walnut shrimp, with steamed veggies plate (which is now called super greens I found) instead I got sweet fire chicken, honey walnut shrimp, and a lot of hard as rock broccoli and and a huge hard chunk of cabbage. Are they not supposed to be steamed? Anyway, orange chicken is my favorite thing there so, not getting it is frustrating and I don’t think I’ll be returning to Panda Express again after this experience. I guess I wasn’t missing out on much.

This location is prioritizing in store customers over online orders, instead of preparing food in order they receive it. Which is causing customers to wait for food for over an hour as well as those who ordered through 3rd party app. They are making it clear that they don't see these paying customers as human beings. It is 21st century, ordering online is not a new thing and yet this location doesn't seem to comprehend that people ordering online are paying customers. If you don't want their money, then remove the option and remove yourself from delivery platform so everyone can go in store.

Don't know what was going on with this place. When I we came in, there was almost no food available for the lobby, it was all moved to the drive thru. When I placed my order, I asked for orange chicken, but instead got something else that didn't look nor taste like their orange chicken, and was way too spicy. Was not impressed.

4th time: Ordering online is no faster than doing it in person. You still have to wait in their line for ordering. Even then, associates seem annoyed when you provide them with your pick-up name, and they have to go chase down your order receipt. Orders are not ready to go even when you are 10 minutes late from their assigned pick-up time. The food was fantastic!!

Introduced my mom to Panda Express today AND we both loved it💕while ordering I had asked if I could order the freshest orange chicken (through the drive up window) they were so pleasant and asked if I wouldn't mind waiting for about 5 minutes, I pulled ahead to park and w/in 2-4 minutes my plates of food were perfectly placed for me to drive home to Junction City AND the temperature of our food was perfect as we sat down to eat. A HUGE Thank You to the kind staff at Panda Express on Seneca in Eugene.🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
