Good online menu. Food was reasonably priced and ready on time. Takeout only. No dine in. However, lo mein dish was made with spaghetti noodles, smashed together and vegetables and chicken were very bland. Egg roll was unlike anything I've ever seen: the size and shape of packaged cherry pie from a convenience store. The oil used to fry it was also old/tainted. Pot stickers were cold, dry, and hard. I would not return here.

Was very disappointed. We placed a Togo order tonight. We spent a lot of money and There was no flavor. One of the meals the shrimp was so burnt it made the entire meal bitter, the second was drowning in like a soup. But i didnt order soup & the rice, There is nothing that made me feel like 3 day old left overs more than this rice. All and all I will never go back and encourage you to skip over the Togo service all together.

I love this place. Fast, fresh delicious food, great customer service, lots of options. Very clean and wholesome vibe, lots of orchids and a big jade for décor. They will make anything you want spicy for a tiny upcharge even if not on menu as hot, which I need, haha. If you're looking for consistently delicious classic Chinese food, at a great price, this is the place in Eugene. Make sure to read the menu on their very detailed website before you order, it's very descriptive, and helpful if you're indecisive like me.

The food was terrible and over the phone server was rude. I called to make a to go order. I ordered 3 combination meals and asked if each could be put in a separate bag. The person said that my inconvenient request would add extra time and would need to charge an extra bag fee of .50 per bag. Really?!! I was already paying for the meals, so sorry to inconvenience your staff. The food had a terrible smell like old oil or something. At first, I thought maybe it was the chow mein noodles as they smelled old and also tasted odd. After serving our food it all smelled the same. After several bites, we experienced a terrible after taste. It was between an old oil and cardboard taste. Absolutely 💯 disgusting food!
