Great food and clean restaurant as you walk in even on a rainy day.
I order turkey sandwich and ham/Swiss sandwich and both were delicious.
I like my sandwich perfectly made, and they made it great.
Next time I’ll ask for more veggies, hence I really like a lot of veggie on my sandwiches, this time I thought I asked for what I like turned out I like more veggies then seemed at first.
Broccoli cheddar soup was also great.
Thank u for making my experience pleasant.

First time trying Togos and we go in today (Sunday) a little before 7 because hours online say close at 8pm. We are waiting in line for about 5 minutes, our turn tk order the girl storms into the lobby and says she will help us in a minute, and she was turning of the signed because they are closed…. Meanwhile we are waiting, one person behind us and a family of four sitting eating. We left because of the sour attitude and feeling like an inconvenience… lady behind us stormed out after us. Please make sure your hours are accurate online.

Awful from a delivery viewpoint. I was waiting for a DoorDash order and went up to let the sandwich artist know I accepted a 2nd order from DoorDash just to be yelled at in a manic way. I tried remaining calm and understanding of her line throughout the exchange and she just exploded on me and wouldn’t let me talk. The couple dining in couldn’t leave fast enough when she started ranting on me.

Usually, I really love this place. But when you walk in way before closing and they tell you they closed because they are to slammed. They only had about 4 people in total waiting in the whole facility. So I had to take my business somewhere else.

The service was amazing. Antonio helped me and he consistently communicated with me throughout my time in the store, and thoroughly explained my options since I had never been in before. Everyone was busy and attentive to the customers as well. The store looked clean and put together. And the food was decent quality and tasted good. Very satisfied with my experience and appreciative of the staff. Thank you!

Well, since you asked, Google. The young woman working there on this particular day was so rude and bad at customer service. My wife and I are super laid back with service staff of any kind, and this girl made even us uncomfortable. Giving 3 stars because the manager was nice and I'm sure its a great spot to eat usually. I'm more than understanding that people have bad days at work and hopefully this girl has a better day tomorrow.
